Simon & Associates is a Minnesota-based consulting firm that helps organizations thrive through effective leadership.

Founded by Dina Simon - HR Strategist, Leadership Development Expert,  and Entrepreneur - the firm has partnered with business owners, executives, and teams ready to grow since 2011. With decades of combined leadership, executive coaching, and HR experience, Dina and her team bring the strategic depth and practical expertise organizations need.

As an approved vendor for the State of Minnesota and Hennepin County, the firm is a trusted resource for public, private, and nonprofit clients. Whether working with a Fortune 100 company or a small business, the commitment remains the same: meet organizations where they are and help them achieve their goals.

Simon & Associates operates through two core brands. Simon Says Lead and Simon Says HR.  Dina also co-hosts a podcast Simon Says Inspire, and serves as President of Simon Says Give, a nonprofit bringing birthday celebrations, backpacks, and school supplies to children in need. Together, they speak to the person behind the business: someone who believes that leadership, generosity, and community go hand in hand.

Simon Says Give® is a 501c3 nonprofit founded in 2011 by 7-year-old, Mandi Simon. We are Kids Celebrating Kids® with the mission to develop the next generation of leaders to be unstoppable. 

We support #KidsCelebratingKids in three ways: Birthday Celebrations, Youth Leadership, and our annual High Five for Supplies® drive.
